About to retire from the Cameroon national team decides to play at 38 years old, he finishes the competition being one of the top scorers of the tournament.

Four years later he returned to participate in the World Cup in the United States and scored a goal at the age of 42.

The energy he felt while playing was similar to that of the goal celebration.
